Mist-Air is a flexible dust and odour suppression system, which can be adapted to suit all sizes of buildings or operations. It is easily fitted to any site and can be retro-fitted to existing operating sites, ensuring a dust and odour free environment.
One base unit controls the system and uses very little water and electricity. The system suppresses all types of dust, solving environmental and occupational health issues for dust particles. The base unit pumps water at very high pressure through very fine nozzles which create a fog throughout the working areas, treating each dusty area independently or simultaneously. The fog floats in the air capturing dust particles, then carry the dust particles to the floor, suppressing airborne dust and odours, but floors, materials, machinery, stock etc all stay dry.
All wetted parts are manufactured from Stainless Steel and non-ferrous materials so there can be no corrosion within the system.
The Mist Air system does not require a water storage tank or a compressor and has a chemical dosing system to control odours and flies with a sanitising system to purge whole system against Legionella.
